The following outlines the terms, disclaimers, and policies that govern your use of Fusion Feast's meal preparation, delivery, and catering services.
The information provided by Fusion Feast is for general informational purposes only. All information is provided in good faith, however, we make no representation or warranty of any kind, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, adequacy, or completeness of any nutritional information. Your use of our services is strictly at your own risk.
Please be advised that Fusion Feast prepares food in a kitchen that handles common allergens, including but not limited to nuts, dairy, gluten, soy, eggs, and fish. While we take precautions to avoid cross-contamination, we cannot guarantee the absolute absence of these allergens.
Customers with severe allergies or anaphylaxis should not consume our products. If you have a specific allergy, please contact us directly via email or phone to see if accommodations can be provided.
It is important to check the individual packaging for the most accurate and up-to-date ingredient and allergy information.
Fusion Feast is not a registered dietitian, nutritionist, or medical professional. Our meal recommendations are not intended as medical advice, or to treat, cure, or diagnose any health condition. Always consult with your physician before starting a new diet or fitness regimen.
Once food is delivered, proper storage and handling become the responsibility of the customer. Fusion Feast is not liable for adverse reactions to food consumed after 6 days of delivery, or if food has not been stored in a refrigerator (at or below 40ยฐF) immediately upon receipt.
Food can be stored in a freezer for up to 2 months to ensure original freshness.
Fusion Feast delivers twice weekly. We deliver on Thursdays and Sundays between 12pm and 9pm EST. Fusion Feast cannot guarantee a specific delivery time, as routes are calculated by weekly delivery schedules.
Customers must provide accurate and up-to-date information, including the delivery address, contact details, and dietary preferences.
Please note that all meals selected upon checkout will be included in your delivery. If you opt to purchase a larger package (e.g. 40 meals for the entire month) and would like to receive them throughout the month on various dates, you must contact us via email to set up and get confirmation of exact delivery dates โ otherwise you will receive all meals at once. A separate delivery charge is applied.
All orders are placed through our website and processed via Stripe's secure payment platform. Prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD). Payment is required at the time of order.
We never see or store your card details โ all payment processing is handled securely by Stripe.
Orders may be cancelled or modified up to 48 hours before the scheduled delivery date. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before delivery are not eligible for a refund, as meal preparation will have already begun.
If you receive a meal that is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours at inquiry@fusionfeasts.ca with a photo and we will arrange a replacement or credit.
We collect personal information (name, email, address, payment details) solely for the purpose of fulfilling orders and communicating with you. We do not sell or share your information with third parties.
